About Anthony Fontanazza

Anthony Fontanazza is a Senior Director at Apprise based in South Florida. In his role, he is responsible for appraising all property types and asset classes, focusing on multifamily assets. Mr. Fontanazza’s knowledge includes existing and proposed garden/midrise apartments, urban high-rise assets, mixed-use assets, fractured condominiums, student housing, and affordable housing. His experience includes all asset classes in primary and secondary markets throughout Florida.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Fontanazza worked as a Director for BBG. Before that, he was a Senior Valuation Specialist on the Multifamily Team at Colliers.

Mr. Fontanazza earned his bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Business Administration from Florida State University. He is also a State Certified General Appraiser in Florida.
