Bruce Daubner is a Regional Managing Director with focus on the Florida market for Apprise. Mr. Daubner brings over 28 years of experience in real estate valuation specializing in hospitality and multifamily properties.

Prior to joining Apprise, Mr. Daubner was Senior Managing Director and Director of Valuation within the Valuation & Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield. He has also worked as President of Seebus Valuation Ltd., a full-service real estate valuation and consulting firm based in Dublin, Ohio. Prior to this, he was Senior Managing Director for Integra Realty Resources in Columbus.

Mr. Daubner earned his Bachelor of Science in business from Duquesne University. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in 17 states and is an MAI and AI-GRS designated member of the Appraisal Institute. He is also a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS designation) and an American Society of Appraisers (ASA) accredited senior appraiser.
