About CamRon Price, MAI

CamRon Price is a Certified General Appraiser and Senior Director in the Dallas office at Apprise. In his role, Mr. Price specializes in the valuation of apartments (both existing and proposed) around the Southwest. In addition to bank and private clients, Mr. Price focuses on appraisals of stabilized apartments for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. Mr. Price is very familiar with the GSE appraisal requirements and the various market forces throughout the Southwest.

Prior to Apprise, Mr. Price worked at The Multifamily Advisory, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop in August of 2019 and formed Apprise by W&D. Before that, he worked as a Senior Associate at Lowery Property Advisors, LLC, where he performed numerous valuations on a variety of commercial real estate developments.

Mr. Price earned his bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and is a certified general real estate appraiser in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Mr. Price is also a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI).
