About Gregory Kelly

Gregory Kelly is Vice President of Product for Apprise by Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he leads several teams of product managers in building valuation solutions that help customers make smarter decisions about CRE lending and investment opportunities faster.

Prior to joining Apprise, Mr. Kelly worked for the City of New York, building products and managing digital transformation initiatives for the Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the nation’s largest affordable housing agency. His work contributed to helping the department create and preserve over 200,000 units of affordable housing throughout the city.

Mr. Kelly holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in communications and media studies from Fordham University and a master’s degree in urban planning from Cornell University.
