About John Park, MAI

John Park is a Managing Director on the Apprise team, based in Irvine, California. In his role, he is responsible for client relationships, growing the national platform, and expanding the multifamily team in the Western region. Mr. Park brings more than 22 years of real estate experience to Walker & Dunlop.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Park was a Senior Valuation Services Director and the Southern California Multifamily Team Leader at Colliers International. Throughout his career, he has had experience with nearly every property type but specializes primarily in multifamily properties.

Mr. Park attended Worcester Polytechnic Institute where he received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is also a member of the Appraisal Institute and has his MAI certification.
