About Josh Ward, MAI

In his role as Managing Director, Josh Ward leads multifamily valuation within the Carolinas for Apprise. An industry veteran, Mr. Ward brings over 21 years of experience in multifamily valuations to Apprise and has completed numerous appraisal and consulting assignments throughout the Southeast.

Prior to joining Apprise, Mr. Ward led the Carolinas Multifamily Team for Colliers International and was previously a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. He also qualified as an expert witness in U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Mr. Ward earned his bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia and holds the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation.
