About Kelly Hyde, MAI

Kelly Hyde, Managing Director for Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, joins the firm with over 10 years of experience in the property valuation field. Her expertise includes valuations for institutional investors, bank financing, owners, operators, trusts, and fund reporting. Ms. Hyde also has experience in executing large‐scale portfolio appraisals across a national platform and has consulted on many engagements with sale lease‐back transactions, corporate real estate portfolio valuations, and leasehold valuations.

Prior to joining Apprise, Ms. Hyde served as Vice President in Duff & Phelps, LLC’s Denver office and was part of the Real Estate Advisory Group. Ms. Hyde’s main experience consists of valuations of properties for loan underwriting, with locations spanning the United States. Ms. Hyde’s experience includes a broad range of property types, such as medical, office, retail, industrial, vacant land, self-storage, car wash, gas station/c‐store, religious facilities, and other special use property types, as well as appraisals for the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Ms. Hyde holds a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics from Texas A&M University. Ms. Hyde holds an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and she is currently a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
