About Michael Mobley, MAI, CCIM

As a Senior Director for Apprise, by Walker & Dunlop, Michael Mobley is responsible for establishing and managing a commercial appraisal team, completing commercial real estate valuation reports, and bolstering the firm’s presence throughout Northern California. Mr. Mobley is based in Sacramento, California, and holds over 11 years of appraisal experience. Michael has appraised most property types including multifamily, LIHTC, office, retail, and industrial. Since 2016, Mr. Mobley has specialized in multifamily.

Assignments typically range from 10-unit properties held by local owners to $100 million+ assets. Michael has provided services for a wide range of clients, including property owners, banks, and institutional lenders. Before joining Apprise, Michael was a co-founder of Paradigm Property Advisors, a boutique valuation and consulting firm that specialized in multifamily and provided valuation reports for a variety of other property types, including LIHTC, office, retail, and industrial.

Mr. Mobley earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from San Diego State University. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in California and holds the Appraisal Institute’s MAI designation. In addition, Mr. Mobley holds a California broker license and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute.
