Paul Love joined Apprise by Walker & Dunlop in 2022 as a Senior Director in South Florida. In this role, Mr. Love is responsible for developing and managing various appraisal and consulting services for commercial lending institutions, investors, and attorneys. Mr. Love’s responsibilities include client communications, appraisal review, business development and appraiser mentoring.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Love has 15+ years valuation experience which includes the South Florida Team Lead for JLL; and former Senior Appraiser at CBRE with previous membership in the CBRE Multifamily, Industrial, Office, Retail, & Going Concern Groups.  His experience includes providing real estate appraisals, consultations, market studies, rent analyses and litigation support.

Mr. Love primarily specializes in the valuation of Florida multifamily properties; however, his appraisal experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including condominiums, c‐stores, retail, industrial, office, net‐leased investments, medical office buildings, restaurants, hotels, residential subdivisions, vacant land, and various other special purpose properties.

Prior to CBRE, Mr. Love’s experience includes Financial Analyst for Colliers International, Regional Relationship Sale Representative for the Microsoft Corporation, General Manager for an International Food Service Corporation, and Graduate Researcher on a National Grant.
