About Sid Womack, MAI, AI-GRS, FRICS

Sid Womack is the Regional Managing Director of the Southwest Region for Apprise by Walker & Dunlop. He has been actively involved in the real estate profession since 1985. His progressive experience in real estate ranges from site acquisition to construction supervision, with an emphasis on the valuation of commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Apprise, Mr. Womack served as the Senior Managing Director in nine states for Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory. He also served 10+ years on the National Quality Control Committee and was a member of the Appraisal Management Group, reviewing appraisals completed by third party vendors for national, regional, and local clients. Throughout his career, Mr. Womack has conducted research, prepared appraisals, reviewed, consulted and/or made inspections of numerous property types which include a wide variety of commercial land, subdivisions, multifamily apartments, healthcare facilities, auto dealerships, hotels, parking garages and surface lots, industrial properties, mobile home parks, self‐storage facilities, office buildings, retail properties, special purpose facilities, and various other stand‐alone commercial assets.

Mr. Womack graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree. He is a Designated Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI, AI‐GRS) and a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS).
