Walker & Dunlop Names COO for Expanding Multifamily Appraisal Business

Walker & Dunlop and GeoPhy have selected Nicole Urquhart-Bradley to serve as chief operating officer and managing director of the venture's growing multifamily appraisal business, Apprise.

Urquhart-Bradley brings more than 30 years of commercial appraisal experience to the business. She spent 15 years with Cushman & Wakefield including two years as head of its valuation and advisory practice for the Americas. In that role, she managed 600 employees across 65 offices that in 2017 valued more than $1 trillion in commercial real estate assets.
